I have three pairs of Ariat boots – two ankle length, one longer pair, and all three are incredibly comfortable hardwearing and best of all. My partner likes his trainer style ankle boots – they’re comfortable, and allow him to do lots of work in the yard without worrying about whether he’s got big bulky boots to take off. The comfort factor on them is really huge, and we both have a pair of non-insulated knee length boots to wear while riding and in formal occasions over or under jodhpurs. I love them because they aren’t too hot or too cold and are comfortable.
Finally, we both own a pair of ankle length boots for casual riding – giving me one of several options when I’m choosing shoes to go out riding – all of my boots have great grip, and don’t have anything that could hurt my horse, or its flanks – creating a set of comfortable shoes that I can choose from for any horse-riding or caring for my animals occasion.
